Have you ever felt stuck in an area of your life?
Writing this blog for the past 6 months has been that for me. I felt stuck and I wasn’t happy with anything I wrote. I literally have 1o drafts that I haven’t posted or left unfinished!!
It has been an eternity since I last posted but I am now consciously making the decision to blog at least once a month and move up from there to twice a month until I can post one every week!
Its about time I did an update and kickstarted this blog again!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽
SO… I’ve had a few changes in my life and my mindset. Since becoming a wellness coach I want to start promoting holistic health and not just food. So be prepared to see anything from healthy recipes to exercise to meditation and everything in between. If you have any topics you want me to cover leave a comment on this blog or slide into my DM’s and let me know. Cause ya girl needs help.😂💕
Ok so on to my Life update. If you follow me on Social media, you’ll notice the new title I’ve added on to my description the title of “wellness coach.” I am beyond excited for this new chapter in my life and the new role that I get the pleasure of having.
When I first found out about this opportunity I wasn’t sure if it was right for me or that it was even legit. It seemed wayyyy to good to be true. I mean apparently, it said I could be my own boss, and make an income just through social media, follow my passion, get experience in the health and wellness industry, help people AND improve as a person? say what???
Like I loved the sound of it but was it really that good?
Let me tell you, I have now discovered a passion I didn’t know existed in me. I’m learning how to make more meaningful connections with myself and others, learning to speak with compassion and how to genuinely care for people.
I’ve also learned that I have a hell of a lot to learn and I need to really know my stuff, not just to pass the test but to be able to fully understand and remember information so I can explain it to people in an easily understandable way and really make a difference to the lives I touch.
I am also slowly becoming better at time management and fitting everything into the week even though I have more to do I am better at prioritising and making use of my time (mostly anyway). But I’m actually on top of my uni work and I haven’t watched Netflix in a month guys, its a miracle!
Of course I’m a human, and I’ll make mistakes and relapse into negative thinking and I’ll probably get stuck again and fail.
But next time I’ll fail better.
And continue to learn from it and grow because of it.
Stay tuned for my next blog which will be on healthy eating tips next week ish if all goes to plan. 🤞🏽😂
